Easy Mini Pizzas

An all time favorite with kids!

 Mini Pizzas

Ingredients:

For pizza base

3 cups maida/all purpose flour

2 cups milk (lukewarm)

¾ cup corn oil

2 tsp active dry yeast (I use saf-levure)

21/2 tsp salt

2 handfuls of sugar

For topping

Tomato ketchup

Grated cheddar cheese/mozzarella

Thinly sliced green pepper

Optional

Finely sliced mushrooms

Olives

Cherry tomatoes halved

Sliced sausages

 

Mini Pizzas

Method:

Mix yeast, salt and sugar with maida/flour.

Add warm milk and mix in properly.

Cover with a wet cloth/cling film.

Keep in a warm place for about 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 240 degrees C

Drop dough with a spoon on a cookie sheet. Shape the blob with the spoon.

Add sauce, cheese and toppings.

Put in the tray in the oven and lower the temp to 180 degrees after 2 minutes.

Bake for about 7 to 10 minutes.
