Carrot and Zucchini Muffins

Easy to prepare, carrot and zucchini muffins can be a good breakfast treat!

Start your day with a carrot zucchini muffin!

Ingredients:

¾ cup wheat flour

¼ tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp baking soda

1/3 cup oil

½ cup sugar

1 egg

½ cup grated carrot

½ cup grated zucchini

½ cups walnuts

Carrot and Zucchini Muffins

Method:

Fold dry ingredients into wet, until just mixed

Pour the batter into a muffin pan

Let the muffins rest for 10 mts before baking.

Bake at 175 degrees C/ 350 degrees F for 20 mts
