Yum … M & M Cookies

What do you do when you are a granny and notice those yummy M & M candies in a jar? Bake cookies for your sweethearts of course!

One little bite!

Ingredients:

½ cup (125 gms) butter or margarine

1tsp vanilla essence

½ cup sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

1 egg, beaten

1½ cups flour

½ tsp salt

½ tsp bicarbonate of soda

1 ½ cups  M & M candies

You bet, dinosaurs love M&M Cookies too

Method:

Cream together butter or margarine, vanilla and sugars. Add egg and beat well.

Stir in sifted dry ingredients.

Add M & M candies.

Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie tray. You can also roll the dough into small balls and then after placing them on tray, press down lightly. Arrange a few candies on top. The more the merrier!

Bake at 190 degrees C (375 degrees F) for about 10 minutes.
