1 small sugar kiss melon
1 tin cream (170 gms)
I tin Nestle sweetened condensed milk (395 gm)
1 tin Carnation evaporated milk (170 gms)
1 tsp vanilla
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp ginger powder
Puree in a blender until smooth.
Keep in the refrigerator for at least 5 to 6 hours.
Stir well every hour at least twice to break it all up.
Scoop into a bowl and serve with fresh berries, pomegranate seeds and a sprig of mint.
