Chocolate and peanut butter…a match made in heaven and your delightful late-night snacking treat!
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 heaped Tbsp peanut butter
Line a muffin pan with petit fours baking cups/ mini cup cake liners.
Melt chocolate for about 30 second’s interval in microwave and stir.
Pour chocolate layer to fill the bottom of the liner.
Place the pan in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Melt white chocolate and add peanut butter.
Add the white chocolate and peanut butter layer.
Again keep the pan in the freezer for 5 mts to set.
Finally add the chocolate layer on top.
Keep in the refrigerator for about 10 mts to set the chocolate.
Makes 8 mini cups
