For all ye chocoholics out there, including my daughter, who is always there at the forefront!
Believe me, when I say, this is a no-fuss chocolate mousse you can prepare in a jiffy.
Simple, yet elegant. The dessert is creamy and sinful, bursting with the goodness of vitamins and fibers and is sure to tickle the taste buds of any chocoholic.
1/2 cup avocado pulp ( 1 avocado)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup agave nectar/honey or raw sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch sea salt
Grated white chocolate and raspberries/ blanched almonds
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
If too thick, you may add 1 tbsp milk.
Chill at least for one hour, or until just set and serve topped with cream or grated white chocolate / almonds and raspberries.
