Ingredients for dough

1 ½ Cup flour
½ tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ Cup milk, warm

lavash 1

1 tbsp sesame seeds for topping
Directions

Measure out your flour, and mix it with other ingredients and knead into soft and elastic dough and let rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal balls.
Roll the dough balls into very thin rounds.
Let the rounds rest for 10 to 15 seconds.

Cut with a pizza cutter into wedges.

Prick evenly with a fork.

Brush each wedge with milk wash.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds or herbs.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees C for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.

Enjoy your home-made Lavash chips.
Serve with hummus.

Variation:
Use oil, herbs, garlic, zaatar,or nigella seeds
