The layered flavors of stuffed naan

I saw, I made and I conquered my naan bread recipe. Jokes apart, this is a great recipe. I just tweaked a bit and used our mildly spiced Indian palate-pleasing paneer stuffing inside.

Ingredients to make dough
5 ½ cups Flour
4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
4 tsp Baking powder
¼ cup Oil
½ cup yogurt
1 Egg
1 ½ cups lukewarm water

Directions
Mix the dry and wet ingredients in a large bowl and knead to make soft dough.
Cut the dough into 10 even pieces, and roll into balls. Brush with oil.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and allow dough balls to rise at room temperature until roughly doubled in volume, about 1 hour.

Place the naan on your grill/ or grill pan.

Cook on both sides. It should look blistered and should have grill marks.

Remove naan from the grill and immediately brush with melted butter.
Transfer the naan to a large plate and cover it with a clean dish towel while you cook the remaining naans.
