1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Garbanzo Bean Flour
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp parsley flakes/or fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garlic powder/ 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
¼ tsp onion powder/1/2 small onion, finely diced
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ cup hot water
2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Combine and whisk the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the lemon juice and hot water.
Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Make patties and flatten slightly.
Fry on both sides until golden.
Serve with hummus.
